Who Should Register?
All conference delegates including presenters, poster exhibitors, and attendees are required to register for the conference.
At least one author must register for every contribution.
Registration Fees

| Regular Early Bird Registration (until 6 May 2024, 23:59 British Summer Time) | 450 GBP |

Registration fee includes:
- Lunch on each of the first four conference days
- Welcome reception and entertainment
- Conference banquet and entertainment
- Conference Merchandise
As our part of our inclusion strategy, we want to widen participation as much as possible. A few grants may be available to support participants from disadvantaged backgrounds and those from low-to-middle income economies, subject to funds available. Please contact Registration.BIFD2024@ed.ac.uk

VISA Information
For those conference participants traveling from outside UK, it is important to check the visa requirements for your entrance into the country. Best to apply for VISA well in advance. Please visit the UK Government webpage and check if you need to get a visa for your entry:
